Teaching with the Library

Honnold-Mudd Library offers instruction sessions on information literacy skills and library research for individual courses. Librarians work with faculty to tailor sessions to the needs of a specific course. Learning outcomes for sessions are tied to the Claremont Colleges Libraries’ Information Literacy definition; sample outcomes for first-year courses, capstone courses, and graduate courses are available.

Librarians can also provide additional course support such as creating course research guides, integrating our Start Your Research tutorial and quiz into Sakai, and more.
